Job Description

Traffic Control Management and Logistics

- Ensure quality standards by spot-checking crews and traffic control devices on projects

Personnel Management

- Monitor, audit and submit employee hours to payroll

- Train employees to develop new skills directly related to their work

- Coach employees to achieve goals and expectations

- Monitor the employee life cycle, including hiring, disciplining, rewarding, and terminating employees

Operational Oversight

    Area Manager

    The Manager supervises and facilitates cleaning operations for customers in an assigned territory. Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing employees, and ensuring performance expectations are met.
