Who are you?

As a Business Analyst, you will act as liaison between business and technology teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. You will assist in solving problems for internal business users by automation of processes through tasks, workflows and creating reporting for management.

What will you have to do?

  • You will contribute to the advancement of projects from inception to delivery and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates

  • Define detailed acceptance criteria and test scenarios, ensure appropriate end user training and participate in the definition of technology solutions to meet client needs

  • Participate in meeting with clients to maintain communication channels during collaborative development effort

  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried through phase of project

    Job Description

    This individual will support new Send Me a Trainer franchisees across the country, to include onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support to ensure franchisees are on target for Year 1 success. The individual will also look internally and help establish and improve our operations manuals and internal processes and procedures.

    As a Franchise Operations Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Facilitating and coordinating onboarding and training of new franchisees

  • Providing remote support as primary point of contact to new franchisees

  • Ensuring new franchises are ramping to hit predefined Year 1 targets

  • Responding to franchisee questions in a professional and timely manner

  • Evaluating franchise opening processes and providing solutions to drive performance

  • Following, executing, and enhancing operations manuals and checklists based on learnings and best practices

  • Assisting in the creation of operations tools and materials that drive continuous improvement to the franchise onboarding and training process

  • Support with preparing FDD updates and registration in different states

    Qualifications:

  • You have 3-5 years of knowledge and understanding of multi-unit operations, franchising, and company policies/procedures.

  • Individuals must have experience in franchise contracts and contract compliance.

  • General knowledge in franchise relations and understands functional support areas, including HR, Training, Marketing, Finance and Development.
