As a Business Analyst, you will act as liaison between business and technology teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. You will assist in solving problems for internal business users by automation of processes through tasks, workflows and creating reporting for management.

  • You will contribute to the advancement of projects from inception to delivery and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities

    This individual will support new Send Me a Trainer franchisees across the country, to include onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support to ensure franchisees are on target for Year 1 success.     As a Franchise Operations Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Facilitating and coordinating onboarding and training of new franchisees

  • Providing remote support as primary point of contact to new franchisees

  • Ensuring new franchises are ramping to hit predefined Year 1 targets

  • Responding to franchisee questions in a professional and timely manner

  • Evaluating franchise opening processes and providing solutions to drive performance

  • Support with preparing FDD updates and registration in different states
