    Chief of Staff

    Queens City Council Member is seeking a Chief of Staff to run the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be hard working, motivated, inspiring and bring their all to every aspect of the position. The Chief of Staff will oversee all policy, communications, constituent services, scheduling, community issues, and office management. The Chief of Staff will be the manager of a team of six other staff members and will therefore need to be well versed in all aspects of communications, scheduling, legislation and constituent services.


  • Manage and hire staff; assign roles and responsibilities for the team members

  • Oversee the Council Member's legislative agenda, communications strategy, constituent work, and annual budget process
