  • Create dashboards: synthesize data from different sources and produce dashboards to show broad trends & behavior.

  • Manage reporting tasks: collect and organize data from a myriad of different sources, manage and create reporting templates.

  • Collect information from external sources: make outreach and follow up with customers and partners to fill in the blanks.
