Practices such as Optometrists, Functional Neurologists, and more.
We are looking for an IT Fulfillment Specialist
to join our growing team.
You will make valuable contributions to the organization by working closely with the Operations team to handle the fulfillment of orders efficiently and with precision. Success as the IT Fulfillment Specialist will create the opportunity for you to develop your own path and move into higher-level roles within either the Customer Success or Operations teams of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Configure, install, and set up eye-tracking computers
Troubleshoot technical problems
Prepare and package orders and accessories for shipment
Assist in testing for automated workflows and integrations with other systems
Identify gaps and process improvement
Ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of orders
Restock, reorder and record inventory
Work on special projects and other Technical Support duties as time permits
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to follow technical and procedural documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions with accuracy
Basic technical understanding of computers
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Office tools preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira helpful
Enjoy repeated, methodical work
Perform duties efficiently, thoroughly and responsibly, completing tasks on a timely basis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, organized and able to effectively prioritize responsibilities
