As a third party representing our clients, they notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent loans and attempt to secure payment according to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Fdcpa), Weltman's guidelines, and client standards. Our client is a large multinational bank and the First Party Litigation Collectors will initiate the appropriate action to collect past due balances while partnering with our Legal Administrative team and attorneys to initiate legal action where necessary.
