    This position will manage the manufacturing orders, shipments and inventory including but not limited to ordering, receiving of parts and shipping of products. Administer the logistics and transportation of the products and material to and from the suppliers and company’s warehouse and external partners and customers. The applicant must have knowledge in inventory control, domestic and import/export documentation and scheduling of truck load, sea, air and/or shipments; preparation of freight quotes, bills of landing and claims handling.

    Job Description:

  • Responsible for coordinating manufacturing and order fulfillment schedule

  • Inventory control: Input/update new & existing parts in inventory computer system (Zoho Inventory)

  • Processing customer orders for domestic and international shipments, including generating appropriate paper work

    Logistics Manager

    Inbound Operations:

  • For USA and Europe: Coordinate Inbound Shipments with our Freight partners from Pick-up of goods to receipt into the warehouse. This responsibility is for all channels. Wholesale/Retail/E-Com

  • Work with our freight forwarder to ensure timely delivery of international shipments to our Retail Locations in the USA

  • Reconcile all shipments against warehouse and retail store receipts

  • Follow-up with warehouse on discrepancies and adjust stock in ERP system as necessary

  • File insurance claims for any product that is damaged in transit

  • Ensure stock accuracy between 3PL stock and Arzz ERP system and perform reconciliations when necessary

  • Set a schedule for destruction of damaged product and work with warehouse to ensure we keep the schedule

  • Ensure WIP in RLM matches WIP against Brazil’s weekly production reports

  • Manually received and stock transfer retail shipments into warehouse 30 in RLM

  • Provide daily reports to sales, planning and merchandising on receipts into the warehouse

  • Manage the reverse logistics process for retail returns to the warehouse
