    Maintain service and repair fiber broadband communication network, distribution, and components.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Perform all tasks and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner

  • Trouble-shoot and repair problems in system networks

  • Test, align and adjust components, cables and equipment used to process signals in both directions (Downstream and return path).

    Support, test and document the computer network, systems and/or programs. Provide assistance, training, and information to all users in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

  • Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
