    Job Summary:

  • Manage patients/clinic schedules to ensure smooth flow of daily appointments and other activities

  • Answer phone calls and correspondence in a timely manner (email, text messages, letters, packages etc.)

  • Track daily transactions (patient check-outs, managing invoices, etc.)

  • Submit insurance claims (training provided)

  • Manage administration of office supplies and facility cleaning, including office supply purchases and weekly scheduled pick-ups
