Responsibilities:

-Manage roster of Kickoff clients: onboard them over the phone, get them excited about our nutrition & fitness program, craft the ideal exercise and nutrition program for them using our systems, checkin with them daily via SMS

-Continue to exceed expectations to maintain extremely high levels of monthly retention

-Troubleshoot difficult clients and identify novel ways to engage folks who are intimidated by fitness or demotivated

-Help improve our already effective programs (exercises, workouts, progressions) and allow us to better tailor them to client needs

-Support our social media strategy with Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels for customer acquisition, just as you have in your past work as a trainer

Requirements:

-Extremely high emotional intelligence: able to motivate the most demotivated and difficult clients

-Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming

-Proven experience in coaching clients (ideally some remotely) to achieve incredible results

-Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances

-Degree in exercise science OR current personal training/ strength & conditioning certification OR dietitian nutritionist registration

    Personal Trainer

    Hi - we're looking to hire an fitness trainer to virtually train a few of our clients. As a trainer, you should be willing to work with the client and conform a fitness plan to address their unique needs. These clients will be stuck at home, so your fitness plan should be applicable without any gym equipment.

    We're looking for someone who can work with people of all different ages and activity levels. We're also looking for someone with past training experience, preferably at a large, well-know chain like 24 Hour Fitness or Anytime Fitness.

    We're looking to pay $40-$50/hour based on experience. You will have opportunities to increase your base rate as you gain experience and demonstrate your skill set.

Candidates should also have current and valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
