    Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance with all Osha, DOT, and similar laws, rules, regulations related to employee safety;

  • Maintain driver qualification files, drug and alcohol programs, vehicle inspections, driver training, permitting, etc.;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience;

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Osha, federal and state DOT, Ifta, ELD’s;

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and other documents;

  • Proficient knowledge of computers and typical production software (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.); and

  • Ability to work in both office and field environment, traveling required to offices throughout Texas and New Mexico.
