Have an interview on Indeed?
This is your guide to using Indeed Interview, a virtual interviewing platform designed specifically for connecting employers and job applicants. Here’s what to expect and how to ensure your video interview goes smoothly.
There are a few ways to receive an invitation to interview on Indeed...
What to expect
On your interview day
- Start check-in via your email or My Jobs link
- Make your Indeed Resume visible to the interviewer during the interview by logging into your Indeed account
- Test your audio and video connection
- Provide your phone number so the interviewer can call you directly if your internet fails
- Wait in the virtual lobby until your interviewer is ready, then join the interview room
Keep in mind
The platform defaults to camera on. However, the interview room has buttons to mute yourself, turn off your camera, and end the call. You can also try using optional Indeed Interview features like blurred background and screen sharing.
