Title: Shelter Staff (On-Call) - Econolodge Transitional Bridge Shelter Program
Salary: $28.84/hourly
Shift: as needed
Reports to: Shelter Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support case managers by assisting with participant and guest needs at the front office desk (make keys, provide bus passes, refill coffee, etc.)
Assist with cleaning empty rooms, including washing and folding hotel linens
Assist with organizing storage rooms and clothing closets.
Ensure the safety of participants, staff, and visitors by keeping the property clean and free of clutter
Engage with individuals who are experiencing houselessness to build relationships
Maintain effective communication with all relevant leadership team members.
Adhere to all state and federal privacy and security regulations applicable to the program
and Greater Good policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and
security.
Capable of following strict PPE guidelines and respecting safety boundaries around the
COVID-19 pandemic.
Crafts detailed and accurate shelter and case notes, ensuring comprehensive documentation of participant interactions and program activities.
Other assigned tasks and duties appropriate to the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Lived experience in houselessness (preferred)
Maintain professional and appropriate boundaries
