Homewatch CareGivers has been serving clients in the Pioneer Valley since 2002. We care deeply about the well-being of our clients and their family members, our partners, and our employees. Current Openings:

  • Positions are available for both certified and uncertified caregivers, including CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), HHAs (Home Health Aides), PCAs (Personal Care Assistants), Homemaker-Companions, Student Nurses and other Healthcare-related Students, Family Caregivers, and more!
  • We have clients throughout Hampshire and Hampden Counties, especially in and around Northampton, MA.
  • Full-time and part-time employment available - flexible schedules and choose whether you'd like an ongoing set schedule, pick up open shifts, or a combination

Job duties may include:

  • Companionship
  • Homemaking: Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, etc.
  • Hands-on assistance with client's personal hygiene: Bathing, toileting, oral hygiene
  • Assistance with transfers and ambulation with or without assistive devices
  • Transportation
  • Medication reminders
  • Monitoring & Documentation
  • Other non-medical home care duties

  • Dependable: able to commit and follow through with scheduled shifts consistently

Additional Qualifications:

  • Age 18 years or older (21 and older if providing transportation)
  • Able to legally work in the United States with proper documentation
  • Satisfactory results of CORI and national criminal background check
  • Verifiable references
  • Your own transportation to and from your client's home and backup transportation

Helpful but not required:

  • Massachusetts Certifications/Licenses related to caregiving such as CNA, HHA, PCA, First Aid/CPR
  • COVID Vaccination Complete & Up-to-date
  • Driver's License & a reliable, insured vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
