What You Will Do (Essential Functions)

• Conduct thorough apartment inspections for move-ins and move-outs to ensure the highest standards of living conditions.
• Facilitate engaging tours of the property and model units, showcasing the unique features and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Demonstrate expertise in fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations to ensure a compliant and respectful living environment.
• Manage the posting and mailing of various notices, including but not limited to parking violations, late rent, rent increases, lease violations, and abandoned property.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring all relevant documentation is readily accessible.
• Generate monthly reports to provide insights into property performance, occupancy rates, and any notable trends or issues.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling, overseeing repairs and maintenance activities to uphold the property's standards and residents' satisfaction.

The Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, 10 am to 7 pm.

Starting Salary: $16.45, plus housing and utilities

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License

Schedule:

• Wednesday and Thursday off. The hours are 10am to 7pm.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Continual standing and walking during the shift
• Continual climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift

• May encounter toxic chemicals, i.e. paint, glue, caulking, and cleaning supplies
