What You Will Do (Essential Functions)
- Conduct thorough apartment inspections for move-ins and move-outs to ensure the highest standards of living conditions.
- Facilitate engaging tours of the property and model units, showcasing the unique features and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Demonstrate expertise in fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations to ensure a compliant and respectful living environment.
- Manage the posting and mailing of various notices, including but not limited to parking violations, late rent, rent increases, lease violations, and abandoned property.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring all relevant documentation is readily accessible.
- Generate monthly reports to provide insights into property performance, occupancy rates, and any notable trends or issues.
- Coordinate vendor scheduling, overseeing repairs and maintenance activities to uphold the property's standards and residents' satisfaction.
The Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, 10 am to 7 pm.
Starting Salary: $16.45, plus housing and utilities
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
Schedule:
- Wednesday and Thursday off. The hours are 10am to 7pm.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Continual standing and walking during the shift
- Continual climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
- Repetitive motion daily
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds
- May encounter toxic chemicals, i.e. paint, glue, caulking, and cleaning supplies
