Beast 'Em Basketball is currently looking for AAU Basketball Coaches for the our SPRING 2021 season. The Fall season will run from March - June. All interviews will be done virtually via ZOOM!

‪Responsibilities include:

  • ‪Coach 1-2 practice per week. These practices are roughly last about 1 1/2 hours and days can vary depending on coaches preference and availability.
  • ‪Coach in 3+ tournaments throughout the Spring season. These tournaments will be held on weekends, both Saturday and Sunday with game times varying based on schedule. Teams can play up to 3-5 games throughout the weekend depending on how well they do.
  • ‪Communicate with parents about practice and tournament schedules.
  • ‪Assist with Beast 'Em Basketball camps, clinics, or individual/group training sessions when available. (Extra Pay)
  • ‪Other responsibilities will get discussed during interview and outlined in your coaching contract.


  • Currently a basketball coach at a school (Strongly preferred)
  • Heavily involved in community centers, YMCA or Boys & Girls Clubs (Strongly preferred)
  • Have a Driver's License & a Car (Strongly preferred)
  • Great communication Skills (Required)

Salary: $400.00 to $500.00 / for the season

Job Type: Contract
