Full job description

Job Title: 50 West Brewery Chillicothe Back-of-House Team Member

Position: Part-Time & Seasonal Positions Available

Fifty West Brewing Company is now hiring for Part-Time & Seasonal BOH positions at the Chillicothe Location! Our goal is to collaborate with talented restaurant professionals and offer opportunities to learn and grow within the profession. We offer competitive pay and opportunities.

Overview: Do you enjoy being a part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment to complete a larger task at hand? As a back-of-house employee of the new Fifty West Brewing Company Chillicothe Location, each kitchen team member is an important piece of the overall equation. Whether keeping the kitchen stocked with clean dishes, assembling sandwiches, bagging orders, or prepping ingredients, these people are the well-oiled machine that keeps customers fed. The kitchen staff’s role is to work together to fulfill timely meals throughout dinner and lunch service. Join our team in the capacity of Cook, offering great opportunities for growth and advancement.


  • Complete lunch and dinner service, providing customer with best food possible
  • Prepare each dish in a timely and consistent fashion
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
  • Demonstrate menu knowledge and take necessary tests to expedite kitchen cook times
  • Assist with necessary prep work during slower times

Prep Cook

  • Responsible for production of major items used to make the kitchen run, such as make sauces, prep vegetables, grind meat etc
  • Maintain order and speed in the kitchen by following recipes and completing major prep items in a timely manner
  • Responsible for organization of the walk-in and dry storage
  • Responsible for keeping a clean and organized station throughout and after the shift

Dish Service

  • Primary responsibility is to wash dishes and keep dish room organized
  • Other responsibilities include cleaning around dumpster and outside grease trap
  • Assists the prep cook when dish volume is low

All Positions, Requirements, Physical Skills & Training:

  • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day or longer
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to crouch, sit, and stand with full mobility


  • Kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
