Skill Set: You naturally lead with great questions, going deeper with more questions and learn about situations and gather information before revealing your own thoughts and ideas. You have a sense of getting a great deal with a history of buying low and selling for higher. Making great deals is something you can see as a pattern in your life. You have the ability to say what needs to be said even if it's hard, leading the other person to do what needs to be done. You're a natural winner, hates to lose, competitive, and have a history of not giving up easily. If there is a way forward you will find it. Enjoys negotiations and understands human nature and behavior seeing under the surface answers. It's thrilling, not scary to get deals done working through the process.
Schedule: This is not physical labor or high travel intensive, but it is mental work from a desk and requires discipline from start to finish 8 hours a day M-F. If you have a young family and like to spend your evenings, weekends and major holidays off with friends and family this is a perfect schedule. However, requires discipline from behind a desk working the phone and computer in a office.
Pay: In 2025 100% of our sales team all made in the 6 figures. We had multiple sales people north of $200k and higher. High level operators thrive in our environment.
Key Responsibilities: Getting For Sale Listings and Selling those Listings on cncmachines.com. Working incoming leads, making phone calls, emails and text across various manufacturing industries including aerospace, medical, agriculture, defense, and firearms. Maintain consistent follow-up communication to a "closed won" deal with funds bank wired. We work in B2B and will be dealing with owners and upper management decision makers.
Qualifications: Negotiation and Sales expert. Excellent and timely communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle a fast-paced, relational business environment without becoming overwhelmed. Does NOT have any major drug or alcohol addictions affecting your performance and commitments.
