Currently seeking a manufacturing associate for a local company. The company has two lines with similar positions. Individuals will need to be able to work on both lines and work both first and second shift. They will be working either 4 - 10 hour days or 5 - 8 hour days.

**Description of the line functions:**Line #1

**Jobs:**Handle Fiberglass boards (weight variant from 5 pounds to 25 pounds…) at infeed of Line 1; and fiberglass ceiling tile (about 2.4 pounds each) at finish end.**In-Feed Core:**Putting fiberglass boards onto a moving conveyor one at a time (one slide, one flip). Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process 300 boards in 30 minutes (line speed at 100 fpm).**Slitting:**Use cutting knife to cut facing (separate board to board). Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process 300 boards in 30 minutes (line speed at 100 fpm). A belt-driven conveyor takes product into a cutting machine. Consisting of 3 motorized saws. Standing on platform of 4 ft wide x 8 ft long x 4 inches high.**Grading:**Flip every other fiberglass ceiling tile (tiles are flipped over on to other tile) while inspecting tiles on a moving conveyor. Two employees do this job; sometimes one person does this job. Each employee rotat3es on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process 1200 tiles in 30 minutes (line speed at 90 fpm). Standing on an adjustable-height platform 2 ft wide x 8 ft long. Belt driven conveyor takes product to a gravity operated roller system, which is approximately a 16-inch drop.**Stacking:**A pair of ceiling tiles coming off the moving conveyor drop 3-12 inches to another stationery conveyor where they are stacked straight in a set of 8, 10, or 12 (depend on thickness). When the tile drops, the employee helps to straighten up the stack. No flipping is involved. Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process from 90 to 120 stacks of tiles in 30 minutes (line speed at 90 fpm).**Sleaving:**Slide the sleeve to cover outside one or two stacks of ceiling tiles then put it (we call bundle) into another moving conveyor. Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process from 90 to 120 bundles of tiles in 30 minutes (line speed at 90 fpm).**Off-Loading:**Carry a stack of ceiling tiles, from a stationary conveyor to a pallet, which is laid on a lift-table. Lifting from 36” (conveyor height) to about the height of employee chest then walk to the lift-table then lay it on a pallet. Walking about from 4 to 12 feet. Two employees lift a stack of ceiling if any size is larger than 24x24 inches. The weight of a stack of ceiling tiles from 16 to 60 pounds. Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes. Process from 90 to 120 stacks of tiles in 30 minutes (line speed at 90 fpm). Pushes finished product onto motorized conveyor that takes product to seal wrapper that uses heat as method of sealing. Carries stack of finished product onto lifting table which uses a motorized hydraulic.Line #2

Each stack weighs about 25 lbs. Person loads 5 stacks per minute or 150 stacks per 30 minute rotation.**In Feed Core:**Putting fiberglass boards onto a moving conveyor one at a time (one slide, on flip). Each employee rotates on/off this job in 20 minutes.
