What’s an Account Executive?

At Powerhouse Consulting Group, an Account Executive serves as the initial connection for our potential clients. This critical role is instrumental in gauging how our team of consultants can effectively meet the contractor's requirements and whether a mutual alignment exists. As a consulting firm, we emphasize consultation, the essential preliminary stage for identifying a contractor's primary challenges and devising a roadmap for enduring success. This role goes beyond sales, focusing on in-depth consultation and collaboration.

This role is all about driving growth, evaluating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You'll be a key player in our mission to provide top-notch field service management software solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our contractors, not just a salesperson. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and generating leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts primarily on social media and through strategic partners.

Consultative Approach: Engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner, understanding their unique needs, and exploring how we can best support them with our software solutions.

Industry and Software Expertise: Deep understanding of the home services/construction industry and FSM software products (either ServiceTitan or FieldEdge) to provide informed insights.

Building Client Partnerships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

Goal-Oriented Approach: Working towards and achieving targets that go beyond sales, focusing on meaningful partnerships.

Project Capacity Assessment: Understanding the company's capacity and ability to take on specific projects at appropriate times.

KPI Tracking: Monitoring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure personal success in this role.

There have been a few occasions where things got extra busy and we put extra hours in, but we balance that with taking extra time off. We work hard and smart. Our company has 10 paid holidays and we take a common sense approach to vacation time, which just means we’re okay with you taking whatever time you need so long as your work is covered.
  • Competitive Compensation. The starting salary range for this position is $55,000. We consider raises every year and this position can earn eligibility for bi-annual profit-share bonuses based on billable hour goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
