Summary:

Innovative Health Diagnostics (IHDLab) is seeking a dedicated Account Maintenance Representative to join our customer service team in Irvine, CA. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to providing top-tier support and services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer interactions in HubSpot, and troubleshooting account-related issues to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts to ensure accuracy in reporting and service delivery.

- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

-HubSpot Management: Regularly update customer interactions and account changes in HubSpot. Utilize the CRM to generate reports and insights that aid in customer service improvement.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve account-related issues. Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot more complex problems as needed.

- Communication: Liaise between customers and relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of service issues. Communicate any updates or changes in service protocols to customers.

- Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation related to account status and provide updates to management as required.

- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service process by providing feedback on current practices and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a clinical or medical setting.

- Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically HubSpot.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of the clinical laboratory services industry is a plus.
