Account Manager

We have an opening for an Account Manager at our Lacey, WA location.

An Account Manager is a professional responsible for managing all aspects of truss sales to existing and new customers. Responsibilities include servicing clients through the design and bidding process, ensuring orders are accurate, production and delivery ready.

Account Managers work closely with our truss technicians, architects, engineers, construction teams, and clients to ensure that the designed trusses meet all necessary specifications and regulations while fulfilling the project's needs.

Account Managers will generate new business by actively pursuing projects and clients within their designated areas. This is a fast-paced position which services lumber yards, contractors, developers, homeowners, and framers.

About the Position

This is a full-time exempt position: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4pm. Hours may be adjusted if needed.

Starting Wage is a minimum $60,000 with a guaranteed monthly performance bonus of at least $850 for the first 12 months, depending on experience.

Individual performance bonuses are applicable after the first 12 months.

The Training Plan

Initially, to learn the truss manufacturing industry, you will be paired with another Account Manager. The training will consist of project visits, learning our industry-specific software, learning how each truss is created, manufactured, and delivered to the job site.

• Able to multi-task in a busy environment
• Previous construction experience is helpful but not required
