Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is a core member of the team, helping to build long-term trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to manage the needs of existing clients while also developing and identifying opportunities for growth across the accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships, with a goal of retaining clients and reducing churn through assisting in program refreshes
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, helping to drive growth by hitting prescribed KPIs and maintaining collective margins
  • Analyzes sales data and trends to provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with both the sales and marketing teams
  • Utilizes CRM software, including CommonSku and HubSpot to enter orders, create quotes, track customer interactions, etc.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners with clear, prompt, and professional communication
  • Responds to customer requests for product and service information
  • Provides consultative sales support and remote training or demonstrations to business partners and end users
  • Processes orders, returns and other administrative aspects of the accounts’ needs.
  • Maintains calendars of sales programs, monitoring aging reports and keeping sales managers apprised of account status
  • Works closely with customer support groups to enhance sales and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
  • Follow up with clients during and after delivery of services to ensure that their needs have been met
  • Keeps clients up-to-date on the progress of the service they are receiving and changes that affect them
  • Leverages a strategic mindset to look for ways to add value beyond clients' immediate requests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field preferably in the promotional product industry
  • Strong customer service, communication, sales, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CommonSku, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
