LandscapeHub – Account Manager

Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales Ops and working directly with the Market Managers of assigned areas, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding buyer relationships, sales opportunities, and expanding LH's marketplace presence in their respective markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business management professional with strong relationship building skills and heightened organizational skills to act as a growth accelerator at an already dynamic and growing company.

What You have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • 3 Years account management / sales experience
  • 2 Years experience in the landscape industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Cultivating, expanding and maintain buyer relationships for LandscapeHub’s marketplace.
  • Assisting new and existing buyers with quoting and sourcing needs for current and future projects.
  • Effectively communicate and share the value and utility of LandscapeHub to buyers
  • Staying engaged with users and actively manage existing accounts to ensure growth and retention.
  • Actively managing orders within LandscapeHub marketplace.
  • Collaborating with sales team to develop strategies for prospective buyers.
  • Share feedback with sales team and other LandscapeHub team members to ensure buyer needs are being met from a website perspective.
  • Initiate and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with lead prospect.
  • Providing consistent and accurate internal and external communications.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and also independently as needed.
  • Attending and presenting at landscaping and construction industry tradeshows or events.

  • Positive sales growth of existing accounts.
