Are you a master of logistics who lives for spreadsheets and check lists? Do you thrive on navigating the chaos to get to the calm? Have you been deemed “the glue” or the “hub” of a team? If so, we may be looking for you to join our Account and Project Manager team!

What You’ll Do:

Work alongside internal teams and clients to convert client needs into executable, scoped initiatives
Define and manage operational project strategy, including scoping, resource allocation, estimating, and scheduling, in collaboration with Account Directors and Creative Leads
Manage the full lifecycle of projects (from simple campaigns to integrated initiatives), ensuring consistency and efficient outcomes and balancing internal capacity with client needs
Proactively track budgets, monitor milestone timelines, identify project risks, and coordinate external services
Foster strong internal and client relationships

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in project management within a fast-paced advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment
Integrated campaign experience: Proven track record of successfully managing complex integrated projects (e.g. digital, print, broadcast, web development) from scoping to launch
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Technical skills: strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies, experience in project management software and time-tracking/ billing platforms

Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
