Account Support Specialist - Experienced

We seek an experience customer service candidate to train to become an Account Support Specialist that will support the rapid growth of our manufacturing capabilities. This is NOT cold-calling work; we produce plastic compounds to our customers' specifications. Candidates should be motivated team players. Customer Service knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities include by not limited to: fulfill sales quotes submitted by Sales Team, issuing detailed quotes & proposals, acknowledge purchase orders & send confirmations to customers, prepare & process sale orders, track on-time/late shipments, communicate with Sales Managers regarding order & delivery status, data management, be a liaison between account manager & customer, maintain current accurate customer files & information, and perform other duties required in collaboration with the Sales Team.

A Successful Candidate should have the following skill sets:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science
• 3 years of related experience in customer service
• Exhibit degree of professionalism
• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• able to handle multi-task and prioritize
• Skillful at promoting ideas
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel

Pay:

Based on Experience level in Customer Service and Education
