What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, or review business, non-profit, and individual tax returns.
• Prepare, or review estate, trust, and gift tax returns.
• Prepare GAAP-based financial statements and related disclosures.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consultation services.
• Build and manage your own client base and relationships, utilizing available staff.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to ensure client success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver the best results for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-10 years of experience in tax preparation and accounting.
• CPA or EA designation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule and client portfolio independently.
• Ability to manage staff, as necessary, to execute client engagements successfully.
• Proficiency with Thomson Reuters, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office all a plus, but not required.
