Role Overview

Do you prefer tasks done in an orderly and systematic way while striving to achieve a consistently reliable level of accuracy and follow-through to ensure success?

In our Accounts Payable/Receivable role, you’ll be responsible for reconciling accounts payable and receivable, resolving discrepancies and address outstanding balances. You must have 5 or more years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and month-end closing.

Subject Matter Expertise: Have an eye for catching accounting discrepancies and addressing billing errors, outstanding account balances, and maintaining compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Task efficiency: Your ability to perform routine work and stay focused while working efficiently and staying organized is a top priority to you.

Responsibilities:

Process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolve discrepancies, and address outstanding balances.
Ensure the accuracy of financial information by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Mininum of Associates Degree in Accounting
5+ years experience in accrual accounting and month-end closing

Pay:

$22-24/hr
