Summary

We are seeking an ACP / Student Minister to join our dynamic team at Rock Bridge Community Church. This role is pivotal in nurturing and guiding our youth and students, helping them grow in their faith and understanding of biblical principles. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders within our community.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct all student ministry programming and volunteers for Rock Bridge Chatsworth.

Develop student ministry volunteers quarterly using the E4 model (Enlist, Equip, Empower, Encourage).

Collaborate with the Student Ministry Team in the planning and execution of weekly student environments and big events.

Implement all policies and guidelines as established in the Student Ministry Playbook.

Encourage and lead students to use their God given gifts to serve in ministry (HOPE Initiatives, serving at RBCC and The Link, mission trips).

Provide support for students and their families through care and counseling.

Attend 2-4 student extracurricular activities per month (sporting events, school performances, etc.) to invest in them outside of RBCC.

Plan and execute 2-4 midsize gatherings per year for Bridge Builders in order to build community.

Provide for summer student engagement with at least 4-6 events.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage youth effectively.
• Experience in conflict management.
• Student ministry experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with a passion for discipling young people and adults alike.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
