Full job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
· Must be experienced in all of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Handle numerous requests from internal/external parties, including answering inquiries, resolving problems, and disseminating information.
· Prepare communications, such as letters, memos, emails, invoices, reports, and instructional documents.
· Must know telephone and video conferencing.
· Excellent attention to detail – low data entry error record.
· Must be able to maintain efficient internal and external databases.
· Must be able to create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
· Must have strong time management skills and be able to submit all reports on time.
· Follow instructions and respond to management direction.
· Adapts well to changes in the work environment.
· Observe safety and security procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,200.00 per year
