Administrative Assistant – Class Action Law Firm
Location: In-Office or Hybrid (Woodinville, Washington)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $50,000–$60,000 per year

We are a fast-paced class action law firm seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a professional environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure that attorneys and management have the necessary administrative support to succeed. The position will involve handling general administrative tasks, preparing and running basic financial reports, and organizing data from the firm's operations.

Responsibilities:
- Organize financial and case-related reporting and ensure it is communicated to management in a timely manner
- Periodic Scheduling and coordination of meetings and conference calls
- Maintain organized records and office systems
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Much of this position involves handling large amounts of data and working to present the data ina format for quick review by management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous law firm experience and some bookkeeping experience are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($50,000 - $60,000)
