Logos Public Charter School is searching for someone to fill the roll of Administrative Assistant to the Middle/High Principal

Start Date: Estimated 06/22/2026

To train with current admin assistant through August 2026.

Individuals applying for this position must possess the following...

- A High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Demonstrated organizational and writing skills;
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to adults and children;
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems as assigned.
  • Monitor attendance, enrollments, and related records in SIS Systems
  • Track Local Performance Assessments (LPAs) and assist during administration.
  • Assist with report card checks and data verification processes.
  • Support preparation of internal communications (e.g., bulletins, reports, policy updates).
  • Manage campus class schedules, rosters, and sign-ups as assigned.
  • Participate in cross-training to ensure operational continuity across departments.
  • Assist with planning and execution of school events and activities.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and programs.
  • Support teacher morale initiatives and recognition efforts as assigned.
  • Assist with ordering instructional materials and publications.
  • Support Smarter Balanced testing coordination and administration
  • Update website content, meeting room schedulers, and school calendar information as directed.
  • Assist with maintaining departmental budgets in collaboration with supervisor and Business Office.
  • Print, organize, and distribute forms, publications, and instructional materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Elementary Principal

Employment offers are contingent on a candidates ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, ODE sexual misconduct screening, and fingerprinting.Benefits Include

- 100% FTE Position (40 hours/week during school year).

  • Monday-Friday 8-4:30 p.m. during school year
  • Monday-Thursday 9-4 p.m. 06/08-07/31 unless otherwise specified by supervisor (~28 hours/week)
  • Monday-Friday 9-4 p.m. 08/01-08/28 unless otherwise specified by supervisor (~35 hours/week)

- 12 month position
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and optional insurances provided
- Health Savings Account provided if selecting an HSA eligible medical plan
- PERS (employer and employee portion covered by Logos)
- ~$18-20.50/hour starting DOE
- ~10 paid holidays/year
- 6 sick days and 12 vacation days/year
