  • This is a Part-Time position, working 21-hours per week.
  • Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30min unpaid break, and Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30min unpaid break - Saturdays are required. Also, must have flexibility to work other days and times of the week when the manager is on vacation, and to make up for holiday hours when the office is closed.
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour, non-negotiable.
  • MUST HAVE 2-3 years of administrative experience, and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook email, Word and Excel).
  • MUST complete both Indeed assessments for consideration.

Summary of Position.

This position supports property management functions for a high-rise condominium community.

Works With:

  • The Coral Company team.
  • Client - condominium association board.
  • Residents, and their guests.
  • Vendors and delivery companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process the mail and deliveries.
  • Data entry.
  • File organization.
  • Light accounting functions.
  • Process resident requests, and a variety of other resident functions as directed.

Skills & Experience.

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-3 years office administration experience required.
  • Exceptional computer literacy and capability with all Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High-level customer service experience.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to complete tasks despite interruptions, and work with demanding resident needs.
  • Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, and priority setting skills.
  • Effective communicate, verbal and written.
  • Strict adherence to company & office standards.
