The Knox Clinic, located in Rockland, Maine, is seeking an Administrative Dental Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic. What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in dental or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with dental or medical office software (EHR/Dental EHR systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, committed to providing outstanding patient service.
