H2B, Inc is seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to support the efforts of our engineering and design firm. Experience as a receptionist, front desk personnel or personal assistant is a plus. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Teams. He or she is friendly, a quick learner, multi-tasker and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Some tasks will include:

General Office Duties

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and tasks for the office are completed. This includes the storage room maintenance, Suite 800 and Suite 850
  • Answering and managing office phones
  • Maintaining the company events calendar and planning/executing/managing of company events and activities
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and office equipment management.
  • Weekly lunch and grocery order for office
  • Assist with Lunch and Learn meetings, quarterly meeting planning & setup, and other meetings hosted by H2B
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Coordinate travel plans for employee partners as needed
  • Support H2B leadership team as needed

Accounting:

  • Complete some accounting data entry and organizational tasks as assigned by manager

Human Resources:

  • Assist with New Hire preparation and onboarding
  • Assist with employee exit process
  • Support HR department as needed

This position requires 25 hours per week with ideal office hours Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or similar.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
