As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll work closely with leadership to manage essential business functions, shape human resources processes, and contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge, non-invasive cardiac health technologies.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle logistics for virtual and in-person events.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and relationships with consultants and vendors, including contract oversight andtimely processing for leadership review.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations, while supporting andshaping the company’s human resources processes.
- Support setup and management of physical office facilities as needed to support company growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and support the team’s success.
To be considered, you’ll need
- Four or more years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with experience managing compliance across state or federal regulations as a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and ADP, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks independently while supporting the broader team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
