Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling training and onboarding process for new staff members.
- Answer phone calls and provide information to potential applicants and clients.
- Assist with coordinating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and processing paperwork.
- Assist maintaining accurate and organized records of all hiring activities and staff information.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and applicants in a timely and professional manner.
- Help manage the company’s applicant tracking system and ensure data is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and training processes.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a staffing or HR environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
