Full job description
If you have exceptional people skills with the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with individual donors, the business community, churches, and organizations, you may be just who we’re looking for!
This role exists to help grow our effectiveness in the community by significantly increasing our revenue over the next three years through serving current and recruiting new donors, business partners and sponsors. Also to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, advertisers and other key community members. This position can be part-time or full-time with some remote activity.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Connect with current donors via phone, email, correspondence, and events to achieve annual goals and to drive engagement and support of Positive Impact Media’s mission.
- Identify and set meetings with potential new donors to communicate vision, request support
- Identify and execute new community connections. Church nonprofit days, ICGC and other events to get the word out about our mission.
- Cultivate and establish relationships with potential and current business partners.
- Create, write, and present proposals for prospective partners that address their needs and goals.
Outcomes
- Increase number of monthly business partnerships from six to twelve by the end of year one.
- Strengthen relationships and grow overall revenue via donor membership and advertising/sponsorships.
- Revenue growth goals/KPIs will be set based on part-time or full-time employment status.
