ADVENTURE GUIDE – AERIAL ROPES COURSE
JOB DESCRIPTION
This isn’t your average job — it’s way more fun! Who gets to go to work every day to help people have a fun, adventurous, and extraordinary day? RYZE guides do! We created a thrilling, high-energy outdoor recreational facility with a team that operates the same way.
Adventure Guides are similar to lifeguards on our Adventure Tower. They first deliver an exceptional safety briefing, harness the guests, and confirm the guests know how to use the safety equipment. They closely monitor the guests as they begin their journey. Then they monitor the guests from a distance once they are comfortable navigating the course. They encourage the guests to try new things and they step into assist the guests is they need help or a rescue.
Ryze is a great place for you to work if:
You live an active outdoor lifestyle, you have an adventurous spirit, and thrive on energy and fun.
You love working with kids, encouraging others to try something new, and creating lasting memories for others.
You enjoy working in a team with other energizing team members and thrive on a flexible schedule.

Respect - First we listen, then we actively support the uniqueness and views of our team members even in the difficult times.
Integrity - We believe in honesty and openness, taking responsibility for our actions and building trust in each other.
