After School Program Staff

## Job Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. As a School Program Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting and enriching the educational experience of children in our school program. ## Duties - Supervise and engage with children in various activities - Assist with homework help and tutoring sessions - Implement behavior management strategies - Organize and lead recreational activities - Support children with special education needs - Ensure a safe and positive learning environment ## Skills - Experience in childcare, babysitting, or related fields - Knowledge of theater or camp activities is a plus - Ability to work with children of all ages - First aid certification preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in behavior management techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
