Position Overview:

JoyJolt is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The Paid Media Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon Advertising. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to JoyJolt's growth by maximizing our presence and sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Target Plus, Wayfair, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising:

  • Develop and execute Amazon Advertising strategies to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales.
  • Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.

Marketplace Expansion:

  • Explore opportunities to expand JoyJolt's presence on additional e-commerce platforms, such as Target Plus and Wayfair.
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns on these platforms, adapting strategies to each marketplace's unique requirements.

Budget Management:

  • Efficiently allocate budgets to maximize ROI across different marketplaces and campaigns.
  • Monitor and track advertising spend, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

Performance Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Keyword Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords.
  • Continuously optimize keyword targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Ad Creative:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Perform A/B testing to refine ad messaging and design.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about competitor advertising strategies and market trends.
  • Leverage competitive insights to refine JoyJolt's paid media approach.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all advertising campaigns adhere to platform-specific policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce marketplaces like Target Plus, Wayfair, or Walmart is a plus.
  • Proficiency with advertising tools and platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Google Ads) are advantageous.
