Position: Apartment Locator
Location: Austin, TX and Greater Austin Area

**Texas Real Estate License Required**

Office Location: 6001 W Parmer Ln Austin, TX

-100% Commission Based (uncapped)
-Agents earn $50k to $150k+ annually
-Top Agents regularly earn $100k+ annually

Job Details
As a Perch Agent, you'll help clients find an apartment they'll love! You'll use your knowledge and expertise to convert new leads into leased clients - utilizing the tools and resources available to you - while providing a convenient, professional experience along the way!

Agents are expected to:
-Represent the Perch brand to the highest level with leads, clients, and properties
-Show initiative in fully "Nurturing" Perch provided leads
-Escort clients to view and apply at properties
-Communicate progress and stay organized by updating lead/client notes and statuses
-Effectively build rapport and communicate with leads/clients
-Provide expedient search results and respect your clients' time
-Show a willingness to learn and continue improving
-Understand and adhere to Perch best practices
