Job Description:

As an Apprentice Plumber at AFV, you will play a vital role in assisting our experienced plumbers while learning the intricacies of the trade. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Locating and identifying the source of leaks
• Assisting in assessing clients’ plumbing problems and performing necessary repairs
• Cutting and installing new pipes, as well as repairing old ones
• Supporting in the preparation of estimates for clients
• Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Following instructions from the lead plumber and completing assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of job sites and company trucks. This is a must.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred previous experience in plumbing or related field
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the plumbing industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently and support the lead plumber as required
• Clean driving record and background check
• Strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
