Area Supervisor

Job Summary:
Gulf Coast Social Services is seeking an experienced and organized Area Supervisor to oversee the management, development, and day-to-day operations for all programs in our Lake Charles region, and to ensure all programs meet clients' needs and agency goals.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field and three years of demonstrated abilities in management and operations, developing sound, behaviorally-based treatment programs, adhering to ethical and professional standards, and managing personnel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Manage, train, and evaluate all staff in the performance of their respective responsibilities.

2. Oversee the management of programs and services to ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.

3. Manage the use of community resources.

4. Oversee record-keeping systems that keep all records up-to-date and compliant.

5. Monitor the approved budgets and take appropriate action to maintain the fiscal integrity of the region.

6. Maintain a positive community image and relationship.

7. Manage client treatment delivery systems within the region.

8. Maintain compliance with fire, safety, health, and licensing standards.

9. Report and be accountable for regional issues to the assigned Regional Director and be available on-call for regional staff.

10. Develop and implement annual goals and objectives for the region.

11. Initiate and manage fundraising activities within the region.

12. Administer internal audits and review results with the assigned Regional Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,250.00 per month
