As an Assistant Medical Office Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing the patient's relationship with NIVA Health and providing them with a world-class experience.


- Assist the Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Collaborate with the administrative and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and ensure timely delivery of healthcare services.

- Support the implementation of office policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Utilize your Medical Assistant experience to provide clinical support as needed, including taking patient vitals, assisting with treatments, and documenting patient information.

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, building positive relationships with patients.

- Supervise and train office staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

- Assist with financial management, including processing payments and assisting patients with obtaining financing through our established lenders.

- Coordinate and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

- Participate in outreach activities, fostering positive relationships with patients and the community.


- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical billing software, and other office management tools.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and regulations.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
