Assistant Project Manager with AutoCAD Experience at Smart-Home Company

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON THE JOB

• Assist Project Managers in all aspects of projects and organization
• Assist with the oversight of multiple projects
• Oversee construction and installation progress, ensure compliance with design, and provide updates to Project Managers
• Manage project schedules
• Track and update procurement process
• Oversee deliveries and installation
• Prepare CAD drawings and/or oversee our CAD draftsman with:

- RCPs
- Elevations
- Installation Details

• Assist with preparation of client presentations and/or presentation materials
• Attend site meetings and document meeting minutes
• Organize and maintain project-related documentation
• Communicate with contractors, architects, vendors as well as internal Osbee team
• Weekly time sheet completion
• Work on some of the most high-profile projects in NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield CT

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic, on time, positive attitude, flexible
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills with the ability to interface with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional presentation
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a team to solve problems and get the job done
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of construction drawings at a basic level
• Domestic travel occasionally required
• A valid U.S. driver's license

LOCATION:

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our headquarters/showroom in Harrison, New York, easily accessible by car via 95 and the Hutchinson Parkway, and near Metro North’s Harrison station.
