Full job description
- APPLY ONLY IF YOU CURRENTLY LIVE WITHIN the CLEVELAND, OHIO metro area - must live within 30-min of Lakewood, OH.
- Salary, exempt = $60,000 (non-negotiable).
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. 7.5-hrs/day and 37.5-hrs/week. However, you will be expected to work some week day evenings for client board meetings, and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of external-facing, high-volume customer service experience.
- REQUIRED: must speak English.
- REQUIRED: must pass a criminal AND credit history background screening prior to hire.
- REQUIRED: must possess a valid driver license and reliable, personal transportation.
Summary:
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a great deal of external-facing customer service experience, especially in challenging situations, such as in hospitality management or prior residential property management for example.

Primary Responsibilities (relevant work experience REQUIRED):
- Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
- Assist the property manager with management responsibilities relating to customer service, physical community upkeep and safety, and financial responsibilities.
- High-level Microsoft Office Suite experience and skill-set are required (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Be responsive - respond to and resolve owner issues in a timely manner, be responsive with fellow team members.
- Communication and follow-up...with everyone.
- Be organized - maintain a to-do list.
- Assist with budgeting and planning.
- Data entry, accurate and timely.
- Assist with banking, financial planning and performance.
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors.
- Help enforce property and association's rules and regulations.
