Assistant Property Manager

Full Circle Property Management, located in Burlington, is looking to add a new property manager to our experienced team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for training and mentorship in the property management field.

About the Job

This role will work directly with our lead property manager to complete both field-based property inspections and office-based administrative duties. This position is full time, 40 hours-per-week, M-F. In-person office work required (remote or telework is not an option).

Job duties include, but are not limited to frequent written and verbal correspondence with tenants, leasing rental units, facilitating city property inspections, document filing, data-entry, as well as other office/admin tasks. Job requires strong communication skills.

The right candidate must be comfortable acting as an agent for property owners by communicating and enforcing community rules and expectations. The right candidate must be comfortable with computers and be willing to learn new software and must be detail oriented for high volume data entry.

A valid drivers license is necessary for the operation of a company vehicle.

No property management experience necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.

This is an in-person job without the possibility for remote work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a professional setting
  • High School or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience using computers and mobile phone technology required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • General computer skills and knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft excel, and the ability to learn new software
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Initial employment contingent upon successful completion of background check
  • Initial and periodic motor vehicle record check required as condition of employment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Interest in starting a career in property management
