As an Assistant Store Manager, you thrive to succeed in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating true leadership skills and achieving sales goals set by upper management. Sukoshi Mart is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for the products. You enjoy mentoring and motivating your team to ensure first class customer service. As an Assistant Store manager, you will lead in day-to-day store operations which include (but not limited to): sales delivery, merchandising, hiring and training, reporting, as well as assume full responsibility of managing a store in the absence of the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and guide your team to drive sales by delivering a seamless and memorable in-store customer experience.
- Actively support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager with retail management duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by developing in-depth product knowledge and sharing expertise with customers.
- Lead by example, serving as a role model and providing constructive feedback to support team growth.
- Assist with hiring and training new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment, acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- Additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, or a similar position.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role or equivalent leadership position.
- Beauty and cosmetics sales experience preferred, with a passion for the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to support team development and performance.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing product trends, store policies, and business needs.
The projected start date for this position will be early August.
