Overview
Aaron Delgado & Associates is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge, excellent research and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch legal representation. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with clients, collaborate with senior attorneys, and support various aspects of legal case management while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and administrative hearings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a broad range of legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other relevant legal forms.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their legal rights and options.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
- Manage case files, documentation, and maintain accurate records within the firm’s case management system.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate effectively in various legal matters.
- Stay current with legal trends, laws, and regulations that impact the practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association and in good standing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
